I'm proud to have a store on the Zhao sim, home of Cattiva e Cattivo, Zhao Shoes, and a number of my other favorite designers.

Having seen this information floating around a feed today, that Zhao has some shop space open, I thought I would re-blog it. I can testify that Lissa and Melanie are fabulous to work with and that the sim truly is gorgeous. They do a lot to generate traffic and I think any shop would do right by themselves to try to pick up a shop here.

And if you aren't a creator/shop owner, for gosh sakes just head on over to Zhao and do some shopping! (PS: Stop in Sable Rose too!)

Melanie Zhao, Owner and Designer for Zhao Shoes and Lissa Maertens, Owner and Designer for Cattiva e Cattivo have re-built their sim. It’s lower lag, it’s brighter and shiny, just like a new penny. However, one thing is missing, your store.

We’ve opened shops and have brought in some of the biggest designers inSL. Designers like Callie Cline, 5th and Oxford, Chez: Fine Clothes for Men, House of RFyre, AW Design, SF Design, MiaMai, BlowUp, Earth & Sky Designs and many others.

So, here are some details:

We have two type of shop at this time (however, we could be convinced to be flexible).

Small for 50 prims 275L/week
Large for 100 prims 550 /week

What you get:

We will be happy to modify the shop’s interior to fit your brand, just pass us the full perm textures.

Your logo can be emblazoned on the sign beside your door and you can also place a nice huge logo prim on the facade of the building.

A location on a sim that houses one of the most popular shoe stores and fashion brands inSL as well as other very well known designers.

A location where we try to minimize lag by only allowing standard one prim, non-scripted vendors.

A location that is home to hand-selected designers. We will not tolerate BiaBs, Franchises, etc. We want real, quality designers.

Real shopping traffic that averages about 1500 per day and growing.

The Shopatorium at Gallinas has acquired ocean view adjacent land and has expanded yet again. We are thrilled to announce four of our merchants have upgraded/expanded their stores due to their success in our location and we have added more shop space for rent.

The Shopatorium at Gallinas is a shopping area with a great Linden Roadside location on the Gallinas sim, just north of the very popular sims of Isabel and Wingo, home of the Isabel Infohub and The Shelter resident hangout. The Shopatorium is within camera distance of both. We receive the benefit of these two sims' popularity and traffic without the lag.

The Shopatorium has lush, welcoming landscaping and we stretch between the Linden Road and amazing ocean views. We are proud to be the home to Sable Rose Jewelry's mainstore, CoLLisions Tattoos & Accessories mainstore, MEAT Shapes for Men mainstore, Mocksoup Graves' [desolation/grace] mainstore, and the Marxi brand/Marx Mode non-adult mainstore, plus Total Betty, Zhao Shoes, Cattiva e Cattivo, Poetic Poses, She's So Unusual Shoes, Tiny Bird, Pooka Creations, Magpie by Nissa Nightfire, Oddment, Sangre Noir, and many other fine creators!

CURRENT NEW VACANCIES POST-EXPANSION -- PRIM COUNT NEGOTIABLE

This brown-trimmed, second floor 10x10 shop rents at 40 prims for 160L/wk. It is directly in front of the TP point for the Shopatorium and the entire sim of Gallinas, and currently Tiny Bird is located next door on the same floor.

The orange-trimmed and green-trimmed shops in this shot rent at 40 prims for 160L/wk and are in the courtyard with the CoLLisions Mainstore, Total Betty, Pooka Creations, and are near the Sable Rose mainstore.

We have a set of 10x10, 30-prim shops at the north end of the Shopatorium between Zhao Shoes and Primal Art Tattoos, which are in the same brick style and rent for L$125/wk.

And finally, the property does have a few carts available. Market carts are placed throughout the property (these are roadside, one vacant cart is near The Patio Live Music Venue) and rent for 50L/wk for 10 prims.

TO RENT A SHOP, pay the red box in the doorway. If you need more prims, prim allowance can be increased for 4L/prim/week.

Your success is our goal -- we post and blog about happenings and stores at the Shopatorium, we hold our own mini-hunts and other events at the Shopatorium to generate traffic, and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your rental experience.

To celebrate the grand opening/re-opening of the very lovely Zhao shopping sim, where Sable Rose has a shop, we are running a promotion.
