So, it's the gifting time of year, and it seems like lots of nifty freebies, dollarbies and gift-with-donations are flying around the grid. One of my "other jobs" in SL is to manage a club called Lounge of Dreams on Zindra, where I'm honored to work with some of the most fabulous people I've met in any life.

Every month we have a gift that we give away at the club for any amount of donation to the tier thermometer. In December, however, we go a little crazy and have ourselves a Giftapalooza. That means, we cram as many fun, useful and stylish gifts as we can into the tierbox and pack them all in one handy package. Last year we had about 15 gifts in the tierbox. This year is another huge count and Sable Rose has donated a variation on a popular item so I thought I'd cover it here.

First things first: Lounge of Dreams All-Male Revue: (SLURL). Don't let the name distract you, there's gifts for men and women in the box as well as some unisex fun things, and all avies are welcome as long as you're adult-verified.

And then, on to Sable Rose's gifts. We're calling this one "Peace On Earth" and it's a variation on the Coexist set that debuted at this year's Jewelry Fair. Both the men's and women's varieties are included in the tier donation gift.

Now, these are just rough snapshots so don't get all hoity toity, I just want to show you what you can get.

The men's and women's sets are strung on leather and silver respectively, with each of the faith charms tinted a different shade and a rainbow tinted peace sign suspended beneath the charms.

In addition to the SR jewelry, there's a TON of other great things and I'd like to list as many as I can here. Some really talented content creators have put things together just for this gift.

The sort of BONANZA of the gift was the brainchild of MrZoe Ninetails of MEAT Shapes & Salon For Men, which has its mainstore at the Shopatorium at Gallinas. MrZoe is also one of the managers at our club and is a very talented avatar stylist and shape designer. He wanted to do his take on a "Bad Boy Santa," and has done so with the help of some other talented creators.

I could never do as good a job describing this set as MrZoe, so I'll cheat and take this from his BLOG...

Guenevere DeCuir of .:CoLLisions:. has donated two original tattoos, one for the ladies and one for the men, also included:

So now we've got his/her necklaces, essentially a full avatar kit for a guy with extra added stuff like a second size of hair for the gals or nipple rings which could be unisex, plus TATTOOS.

And yet, there is more.

Marx Dudek of MARXI (SLURL) donated a Mistletoe Cuddle-Anywhere HUD which allows you to get snugglybuggly whether you're under those mystical leaves or not! Also, she created and donated a set of Naughty/Nice T-Shirts for guys and gals. Stop by Marx's store, speaking of naughty and nice, and check out her range of nifty things from the innocent to the snarky, to the delightfully naughty.

Helix Constantine, the wildly creative mind behind Oddment Mainstore (SLURL) not only created the totally amazing 6-prim sculpted texture change Christmas trees and the strings of holiday lights you'll see when you get to Lounge of Dreams or if you visit the Shopatorium at Gallinas, but she also donated something on the sassy-naughty side. Behold, the Ho Ho Horny Horns!

These peppermint-striped beauties dangle teensy little peppermint peens along with ribbons and holly leaves, and she even included a little ... candy ... C'mon, how can you NOT get the kind of giggle out of that, that makes you wanna run over and get one? You know you want to!

Raeyn Sirnah, whom many of you may know as a prolific blogger on Free Finds For Men also owns a pose shop called Poetic Poses. You can find his shop at the Shopatorium at Gallinas (SLURL). He creates poses inspired by verses of poetry, and all of his pose sets come with poseballs or linksets of poseballs, plus the raw pose/animation to add to an AO or posestand if you wish. Quite a bargain and he's very creative. His contribution to the Lounge of Dreams Giftapalooza 2009 is a pose set called, "We Three Kings."

And if you can believe it, this isn't even all the gifts that are there in one easy to carry box for your donation of any amount. Run, don't walk, to Lounge of Dreams nightclub. Head in through the front entrance and to the right. On the wall near the Drama Llama you'll see this sign, and the purple tier thermometer hanging on a pillar:

Pay any donation amount into the thermometer and the gift is yours. 1L, 100L, 1000L, whatever you can afford, whatever you think's fair, whatever you feel like "getting away with," any amount 1 Linden and over will get you this gift. Spread the word to adult-verified new residents too, as this is a great way for them to get some hefty swag for almost nothing.

If you stop by between 6-10pm nightly to do your gift gettin', I know you'll run into the friendliest staff and guests on the grid and they'll be anxious to treat you like part of our family. Everyone's welcome.
