I'm proud to have a store on the Zhao sim, home of Cattiva e Cattivo, Zhao Shoes, and a number of my other favorite designers.

Having seen this information floating around a feed today, that Zhao has some shop space open, I thought I would re-blog it. I can testify that Lissa and Melanie are fabulous to work with and that the sim truly is gorgeous. They do a lot to generate traffic and I think any shop would do right by themselves to try to pick up a shop here.

And if you aren't a creator/shop owner, for gosh sakes just head on over to Zhao and do some shopping! (PS: Stop in Sable Rose too!)

Melanie Zhao, Owner and Designer for Zhao Shoes and Lissa Maertens, Owner and Designer for Cattiva e Cattivo have re-built their sim. It’s lower lag, it’s brighter and shiny, just like a new penny. However, one thing is missing, your store.

We’ve opened shops and have brought in some of the biggest designers inSL. Designers like Callie Cline, 5th and Oxford, Chez: Fine Clothes for Men, House of RFyre, AW Design, SF Design, MiaMai, BlowUp, Earth & Sky Designs and many others.

So, here are some details:

We have two type of shop at this time (however, we could be convinced to be flexible).

Small for 50 prims 275L/week
Large for 100 prims 550 /week

What you get:

We will be happy to modify the shop’s interior to fit your brand, just pass us the full perm textures.

Your logo can be emblazoned on the sign beside your door and you can also place a nice huge logo prim on the facade of the building.

A location on a sim that houses one of the most popular shoe stores and fashion brands inSL as well as other very well known designers.

A location where we try to minimize lag by only allowing standard one prim, non-scripted vendors.

A location that is home to hand-selected designers. We will not tolerate BiaBs, Franchises, etc. We want real, quality designers.

Real shopping traffic that averages about 1500 per day and growing.

If you’d like to reserve a shop, please contact Cassy Westland with a notecard showing your interest. Shop rentals are not open to the general public. Basically, this means if you’re getting one of these, your work must be pretty darn good!
